Payments and transactions
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payment team after you submit them through your bungjitu account. The review process typically takes one to three business days, depending on the method and verification status of your account.

For e-wallets such as DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment, the transfer usually completes within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment may take one to two additional business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
If your account is not fully verified or if we detect unusual activity, the review may take longer. We may request additional documentation to confirm your identity or source of funds.

To contact bungjitu support, use one of two methods: in-app chat or email. The in-app chat option is available from the Help menu on your bungjitu account dashboard. You can describe your issue there, and a support agent will respond within standard business hours.
Alternatively, email our support team with a description of your issue, your account username, and any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots. Include as much detail as possible so we can assist you efficiently.
We respond to support requests during standard business hours, typically between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. Weekend and holiday responses may be delayed. We aim to respond to every ticket within one business day.
For urgent issues such as account lockouts or security concerns, mention "urgent" in the subject line or in-app chat message. We prioritize security-related tickets and will address them as quickly as possible.
bungjitu does not charge fees on deposits. When you add funds to your account via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer, the full amount you transfer is credited to your account. No fee is deducted by bungjitu.
Your payment provider may charge its own fee for the transaction (for example, your bank may charge a small processing fee for a mobile banking or local payment transfer). This fee, if any, is charged by your bank or e-wallet provider, not by bungjitu. Check with your payment provider if you have questions about their fees.
Withdrawals are also fee-free from bungjitu's side. When you request a withdrawal, the full approved amount is transferred to your nominated account. Again, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge a small fee for the incoming transfer—this is outside bungjitu's control and varies by provider.
If you notice an unexpected fee charged to your account during a deposit or withdrawal, contact our support team and we will investigate.
Games and markets
bungjitu offers four main game categories: sportsbook, live-dealer tables, slot games, and esports markets.
Our sportsbook covers football tournaments including Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, and other international fixtures. We also offer markets on other sports such as badminton, MotoGP, and basketball, depending on the season.
Live-dealer tables feature multiple camera angles from professional studios. You can play blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger with live dealers. All streams are available on mobile and desktop.

No. Each user is permitted to maintain one active bungjitu account only. If we detect that you are operating multiple accounts linked to the same person (same email, phone number, ID document, or payment method), we will close all accounts and forfeit any funds in them.
Multiple-account operation is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and is grounds for permanent account closure. We use automated systems and manual review to detect multiple accounts, and the penalty is enforced without exception.
If you previously closed a bungjitu account and wish to open a new one, contact our support team before attempting to register. We can confirm your previous account status and help you open a new account if eligible.
If your account has been closed due to multi-accounting, we do not reverse the decision. Any funds held in a closed account due to policy violation are not refundable.
Security and account management
bungjitu offers a weekly cashback promotion to eligible users. Cashback is calculated based on your net losses during the promotion period (typically Sunday to Saturday) across all game categories.
To qualify, your account must be fully verified and you must have made at least one deposit. The cashback percentage and minimum loss threshold vary and are communicated in the promotion details. Not all users receive the same offer; availability depends on your account history and region.
Cashback is credited to your account automatically at the end of the promotion week if you meet the conditions. You do not need to claim it or enter a code—the credit appears in your balance and can be used for future activity or withdrawn (subject to withdrawal review).
